House in the Historic Center of Cascais
Cascais, Portugal
Located at the historical centre of Cascais, this project was supplied with 3 different materials for 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen.
For the common bathroom, the children's one, the choice was to the Pinta Verde marble, polished finishing. Of a clear and clean background and an unique joyfull green veining, this marble covers the floor and some of the bathroom's walls creating also an apparently solid vanity-top that resulted in a beautiful and successful piece.
At the social bathroom, the client opted to simply pave and skirt the area in natural stone. The Zimbabwe black granite was chosen, with its intense black colour, and then combined with colourful and joyfully painted walls.
For the kitchen the selection was to Arcadia, of our Quartz Compound Collection. An excellent resistance and a neutral and homogeneous white tone to combine with colored painted walls.
